I believe that people are created to create, and for me, creating in mosaic is a fantastic medium for exploring and interpreting life and the world around me. Mosaic brings colour, texture, and magic to its surroundings. It is a medium which has the ability to inspire, and it has inspired me since my teens. I took modules in mosaic on my community art degree and have carried on creating large and small projects since then. It is ancient and modern, it can create a whole out of many fragments, it can give new life to old materials and I love it!
